LLC YURSKNEFT OIL REFINERY Refinery has been operating since June 26, 2002, on the territory of one of the major oil and gas producing constituents of the Russian Federation – KRASNOYARSK REGION, where most of the Russian oil (64%) and natural gas (91%) reserves are concentrated.
